Refund, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

Refund

Refund is allowed on unworn items within 14 days from date of shipment. Items are requited to be in original condition, with tags still attached.

Exchange

Exchanges are allowed on unworn items within 30 days from date of shipment.

All returns/exchanges must be shipped via registered mail or any mail with tracking to our  address. OTOT shall not strictly be responsible for any lost or misplaced mails.

 

Cancellation

Once orders are confirmed and processed, no cancellations are allowed once they’ve been packed and ready to ship or shipped.
